How to Calculate “How Old Would I Be?”
The formula is simple: Target Year − Birth Year = Age. The result varies by ±1 year depending on whether your birthday has already passed in that target year. For example, if you were born in 1990 and want to know your age in 2035:
2035 − 1990 = 45 years old (after your birthday in 2035) or 44 years old (before your birthday in 2035).
